- Please email us to check availability for the tour that interests you. In the subject of your message, mention the name and dates of the tour. We also need to know how many people will require a reservation.
- Once you have received a confirmation of availability from us, please:
1. Print, complete and sign one of the following:
a. The Agreement for our tour to LANGUEDOC for Beginning Students; or
b. The Agreement for our tour to PROVENCE for Advanced Students;
2. Send us (snail mail) all 4 pages of the Agreement to the following address:

3. Make your 50%/person of total amount deposit payment. You may pay:
a. by including a check with the Agreement, made out to Coastline Travel Advisors (please write Languedoc OR Provence C. Moha on the back);
b. by credit card. Follow the link and fill in your credit card information on the secured form. Under "Your Travel Advisor," please write C. Moha.
- Upon receipt of your completed form and payment, you will receive an invoice showing the confirmation of your reservation, as well as a "Travel Preferences & Information Form" to fill out.
- The remaining balance is due 45 days at the latest prior to departure date; it may be paid by check or credit card.
